The Craft
You’ll only need:
- Pine cones (dry and clean)
- Scraps of red felt or old fabric
- Small cotton balls or leftover yarn
- Recycled cardboard for the face
- Non-toxic glue
- Markers
- Optional: old buttons, tiny pom-poms, twine
✂️ Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cut out a round shape from the cardboard for the face.
- Cut out a big cylinder shape from the red felt and form a cone for the tiny hat.
- Use the cotton for the beards by gluing it to the face and a small ball for the top of the hat.
- Add smiley faces by drawing on the cardboard or cut out from paper and paste on it.
- Glue the Santa face and pine cone together.
- Decorate their pine cone Santa however they like
